He has worked in the health food industry for over 12 years , holding postitions in retail management  , outside sales and currently as a trainer/eductor. Jay also is a Certified Sports Nutritionist with the International Society of Sports Nutrition. Last year, Jay toured the country with New York Times best selling Author Jordan Rubin , promoting his book " Perfect Weight America ".
